OverviewAs Client Service Manager in the Entertainment Division, you will work directly with our entertainment clients, Client Solution Associates, Director and our international network to deliver the world-class customer service Gallagher is well-known for. This means you will be managing an existing portfolio of clients – marketing policies, handling day-to-day policy changes, talking to insurers and clients and driving the renewal cycle.Hybrid (Agile) – We at Gallagher enjoy the benefits of working remotely while also collaborating and interacting with each other in the office.
How you’ll make an impact

• Supporting a designated portfolio of Entertainment clients, leading business retention and continually building upon customer relationships
• Review accounts at renewal, taking the vital steps in placing coverage required by the client, re-marketing when required, and adhering to the binding authority set out by carriers
• Respond to client inquiries quickly and efficiently, maintaining a quick turnaround time for any actions required on behalf of the client
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, driving the creation of quality leads, and working with Account Executives in binding the client
• Consistently acting to upgrade insurance market knowledge, staying ahead of new products and policy changes
• Work with Client Solutions Associates to ensure accurate handling of all required documentation and build their knowledge with mentorship.

About you

• You bring 5+ years of Commercial Insurance Brokering experience
• You have experience within the insurance and entertainment industries (considered a strong asset)
• You have experience with Property & Liability
• Being solution-oriented has always allowed you to offer clients the most resourceful and innovative solutions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills enable you to quickly develop deep relationships with clients and build synergy with colleagues. People love working with you, and you with them!
• Being in a fast-paced, dynamic environment brings out the best in you. You’re always able to prioritize, which allows you to exceed client expectations every time! Experience in leading change and building strategic relations is a key asset
• Always maintaining a keen eye for detail comes easy and is a key part of what has made you successful in your past roles
• Highly tech-savvy, with an ability to learn new systems, tools and processes
• Strong analysis and decision-making ability
• Highly organized and strong time management skills
• CAIB, CIP, CRM or other relevant certifications/designations are highly valued
• Active and in good standing RIBO
• Knowledge of EPIC is considered an asset #LI-SS1 #LI-Hybrid
