No experience in the industry is required. However, experience in leadership, developing, and managing successful teams of 10+ people is a must.Role Details:Salary: £30,000 – £35,596Based: Poole, Dorset UKProbation, Training and Cover Hours: The shifts are a combination of 07.30 am -12.30 am and 1.30 pm -7.45 pmCore Hours after successful probation: Mon-Fri (08.00 am-5.00 pm)1 x Saturday per month is required.Type: 40 hours per week. Increasing the number of clients on the membership who choose to invest in routine body maintenance to ensure they always feel their best.You’ll report directly to the clinic’s director and be a core senior leadership team, involved in hard conversations and decisions from strategy to day-to-day execution. You will lead the team – owning recruitment, hiring, onboarding, training and accountability to best-in-class procedures, service delivery standards and client delight. You will take ownership of procedures and policies to help us improve things and ways of working to make our goals a reality.What You’ll Do:Leadership, Management and Accountability. Cultivate trusting and positive relationships with all stakeholders, consistently modelling company values and exemplary leadership.People Management (HR planning, recruitment, selection, hiring, onboarding, training, engagement, feedback, performance management, offboarding)Run Day-to-day Clinic Operations, shifts, and company rituals. You will manage and effectively integrate best-in-class processes and people by developing and maintaining the quality management system’s online procedures library. Ensure everyone follows the company’s core processes and operating system consistently and that day-to-day tasks run smoothly.Managed service delivery throughout the entire client journey while explaining service capacity. You will ensure that all staff members provide an excellent standard of client experience and delightReporting, monitoring, and developing company KPIs, clinical statistics, and employee scorecards to build a high-performing team across multiple sites and highlight any action necessary to ensure excellent results, removing constraints and resolving issues so people can execute the most critical inputs to grow the business.Ongoing business development by generating traffic, new clients, referrals and reactivations through marketing initiatives.Budgeting, forecasting, executing and delivering the target Profit and loss results. Demonstrate commercial awareness by identifying early warning indicators of declining sales or increasing costs and responding swiftly to correct them.Competently cover for chiropractic assistant team members, handle phone enquiries, address questions, and confidently use systems and IT for effective communication.Skills, Experience and Qualifications:4 + years of experience managing people, ideally.Exceptional communication skillsBe a strong leader who can inspire a team to get great results.Great energy and time management skillsAble to learn quickly, apply new skills, prioritise, enable sound decision-making at pace and continue learning on the job.Ingenuity to find practical solutions use the resources available with a commitment to deliver results.Experience and demonstrable track record in performance appraisals, management of direct reports, and developing high-performing teams.A proficient IT user is a must.Commercially minded, understanding how to generate income and control costsAble to delegate effectively to the team.HR skills: you’ll have access to an outsourced qualified HR functionManagement skills to help high levels of organisation, structure and output.A BA in Business Management, Leadership, Management CMI (level 5+) or HR qualification is desirable, but if not, your experience must have given you the correct exposure to these areas.We see a natural fit for people with experience in service-based businesses.
