They are an active training facility with UBC as well as a research center focused on treatment effectiveness and reducing barriers to care.In recognition of their growth, the leadership team at changepain™ is seeking a healthcare operations leader with a deep understanding of what it takes to manage a clinic where patients feel supported, staff have robust support systems to excel in their roles, and external partnerships are thriving.This is a truly unique and varied role. As the Clinic Operations Manager, you:own leadership of a team of 20 through 6 direct reports while indirectly supporting an overall headcount of 70 in running operations of the newly built Burnaby location.oversee clinic procedures and workflows including clinician and patient scheduling, data management, and support compliance with healthcare regulations and medical ethics.play a pivotal role in ensuring financial strength, a tech-forward environment, targeted marketing, optimal facilities management, and talent development activities for the clinic.Leverage technology and relationships to advance the mission of changepain™.As a member of the leadership team, you will work closely with the Board of Directors (including Founders) for long-term planning and clinic expansion. You possess a calm demeanor in managing multiple sensitive matters and thrive on breaking through barriers as a team.CompensationThis role goes beyond just compensation. It is about wanting to be part of something bigger. That said, the competitive salary of $80,000 to $110,000 based on experience. changepain™ is actively working to create better-aligned HR development and compensation packages. Currently, they provide an annual bonus, 3 weeks of paid vacation, and full benefits.
