We listen to customers, claimants and our colleagues to help our continual learning and development.Due to successful growth, IPRS PFAS are now seeking to recruit an experienced Recruitment Assistant.The position offers a competitive salary of up to £35k, depending on experience, with a remote working arrangement.PositionMAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB:The Recruitment Assistant will play a pivotal role in supporting the recruitment process. This includes managing job postings, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and maintaining our applicant tracking system.The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organisational skills and a keen eye for talent to recruitment of high-calibre clinical and non-clinical colleagues. You will utilise appropriate recruitment and interview channels to assist with the achievement of monthly intake targets, and carry out the day-to-day administration tasks relating to the recruitment and onboarding of PFAS clinical and non-clinical colleagues.KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIESTo assist with the recruitment of high-calibre clinical and non-clinical colleagues in line DWP and PFAS requirements.Key Responsibilities:

  • Job Postings: Create and manage job postings on various job boards and the company’s career page.
  • Candidate Screening: Review CVs and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Applicant Tracking System: Maintain and update the applicant tracking system with accurate candidate information.
  • Communication: Serve as a point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback.

RequirementsEXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE:Proven experience of recruiting Clinical Staff (nurses/ paramedics / Occupational therapists / Physiotherapist)Experience of interviewing candidates using a competency based frame work.Experience of using ATS and other social media / recruiting platformsSKILLS AND ABILITIES:Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to influence people.Ability to respond efficiently to changing demands.Ability to gather, collate, analyse and report on key tasks within role.Ability to analyse statistical information and make recommendations on outcomes.Attention to detail and the ability to record information accurately are both essential.Ability to plan and organise workloads effectively.Ability to prioritise and meet relevant Key Performance Indicators.Ability to work on own initiative with minimal supervision in a proactive manner.Other informationBenefits:Competitive Salary £25-35k depending on experience40 hours per week (Mon-Fri)REMOTE working.Colleagues are essential to PFAS, which is why we give so much in return for their hard work.
