Through our innovative testing service, we empower people to understand their health markers, track their progress, and make informed decisions about their wellbeing.Processing over 30,000 blood tests annually, we’re transforming how people engage with their health, putting the right tools and insights in their hands to help them reach their full potential.The RoleWe’re looking for experienced doctors to join our in-house clinical team interpreting blood test results and providing clear, actionable insights that help our customers understand and improve their health.Working 16-20 hours per week, you can choose from flexible shifts across mornings (9am-1pm), afternoons (2pm-6pm), evenings (4pm-8pm), or Saturday mornings. While we prefer regular weekly patterns, we’ll work with you to create a schedule that suits your commitments.This is a remote role, though we encourage regular sessions in our London office to help you feel integrated as part of the team.Key ResponsibilitiesInterpret and report on blood test results for our direct-to-consumer and business customersPrioritise and respond quickly to escalated casesMaintain high clinical quality standardsWork collaboratively with our clinical operations teamContribute to improving our reporting processesAbout YouWe are looking for a GP, preferably with a specialist interest in one or more of the following:Lifestyle medicineWomen’s healthCardiometabolic healthMenopauseSports MedicineAlternatively, we’ll consider Specialty doctors at Registrar level or above with relevant experience.RequirementsCurrent GMC registration and license to practiceStrong attention to detail and ability to work efficientlyExperience in writing clear, patient-friendly medical reports (desirable)Comfortable working in a digital environmentYou have excellent written EnglishWhat We OfferCompetitive hourly rate28 days holiday pro rata (plus bank holidays)Flexible working arrangementsMonthly team activitiesPension contributions of 3%Annual “treat yourself” budgetAdvanced Thriva tests each monthAccess to our well-equipped Old Street officeWe embrace diversity at Thriva.
