Job Summary: Professional Care Match, LLC. is currently seeking compassionate, dedicated individuals to join our team as In-Home Caregivers for CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant), HHA (Home Health Aide), and PCA (Personal Care Assistant) positions in Beverly, Massachusetts. As an In-Home Caregiver, you will provide essential personal care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes. This is a full-time, hourly position with immediate hire availability.Compensation & Benefits:

– Provide personal care and assistance to clients such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
– Assist with mobility and transportation as needed
– Administer medications and monitor changes in health status
– Keep accurate records and communicate any concerns or updates to the care team
– Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
– Perform light housekeeping tasks such as meal preparation, laundry, and tidying up
– Assist with errands and grocery shopping as needed
– Maintain a safe and comfortable environment for clientsRequirements:
– Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States
– Valid CNA, HHA, or PCA certification/license in the state of Massachusetts
– Prior experience in caregiving or healthcare preferred
– Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
– Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Compassionate and patient demeanor
