Job description
We are currently hiring for the positions of CNAs and HHAs at Home Health Works. As a CNA or HHA, you will be responsible for providing compassionate care to our patients in the Clearwater, Largo, and Seminole areas.Responsibilities:– Assist patients with daily activities, including personal care, grooming, and hygiene.– Help with meal preparation and feeding as needed.– Monitor patients’ health and report any changes to the nursing staff.– Provide emotional support and companionship to patients.– Maintain a clean and safe environment for our patients.– Document patient care activities accurately and timely.Requirements:– Valid CNA or HHA certification.– Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.– Empathetic and compassionate nature.– Own vehicle, valid driver’s license and auto-insurance.Benefits:– Competitive compensation of $16 – $19 per hour.– Full-time hours available.– Health insurance– Paid time off and vacation days.– Supportive and collaborative work environment.About the Company:Home Health Works is a leading home health care agency located in Clearwater, Florida.
