Join our team and showcase your skills in precision engineering!We are seeking an experienced CNC Setter/Operator/Programmer to join our Turning section. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled CNC Turner with a strong background in setting and programming to become part of a growing and dynamic team in Coventry, West Midlands.About the RoleAs a CNC Machinist – Turner, you will be responsible for setting up and operating machines to produce high-quality components. Working with Fanuc controls and leveraging your expertise, you’ll ensure precision and accuracy in production while maintaining our high standards.What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience with Fanuc controls (essential)
- CAD/CAM experience – advantageous but not essential
- Ability to set up and operate machines independently with minimal supervision
- A meticulous approach to working within tight tolerances and checking your own work during production
Working Hours:
- Monday to Thursday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Friday: 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- Opportunities for overtime available.

Qualifications & Experience:
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a machine operator (preferred)

- Applicants must reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
