CNC Mills Machine Operator

This is a full-time, permanent position with an established business. They have over 25 years of experience offering an alternative solution for all pipe recovery situation.

They are one of the largest companies in development and manufacturing of Advanced Cutting Systems for the Oil & Gas Industry. This company is considered the new standard in the pipe recovery market and is constantly growing. This facility is only a few years old and state of the art! They have never had layoffs, even during the pandemic. The owner is still heavily involved in the operation and it continues to stay a family like culture. You’d have a Monday-Friday schedule, a supportive work culture, and work in a climate controlled environment!

CNC Mills Machine Operator Job Duties:

• Set up/Operate CNC Machining Center
• Operate/set up machines and perform progressive matching operations on work involving very close tolerance
• Read program codes and understand the order of operations needed to obtain quality parts
• Meet production standards set for parts being machined or determine and communicate reasons for not meeting standards
• Detect and report faulty machine operation, defective material, equipment, drawing discrepancies and other unusual conditions to their supervisor

Schedule: Monday – Friday 7:00am-3:30pm

CNC Mills Machine Operator Requirements:

• 3-5 years experience on CNC Mill Machine
• Intermediate skills and knowledge using tools for manufacturing such as drill press and mill machine.
• Experience in evaluating quality through inspection, controls, and instrument
• Good analytical abilities, good communication skills, team player.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds unassisted

Pay: $25 – $29 per hour depending on experience.
