Direct hire opportunity to work as a
CNC Operator
in Hillsboro!
This is a full-time, permanent position with a company who makes ceramic parts used in a variety of companies and industries like aerospace, semiconductor, electornics and medical.
In this role, you will be setting up and operating the CNC machines. You will be making adjustments as necessary to ensure product is meeting customer expectations.
CNC Operator Responsibilities:
- Operating CNC machines to make ceramic parts
- Set up, adjusting and minor programming
- Inspecting parts using measuring tools like calipers and micrometers
Pay
: $28-33/hr depending on experience
- Swing shift includes a $2.50/hr shift differential
Schedule
:
- Swing Shift: Monday-Friday 3:30pm-11pm
- Weekend Day Shift: Friday-Sunday 5am-5pm
- Training for both shifts will be done on day or swing shift for 2-3 weeks
CNC Operator Requirements
:
- Minimum 4 years of previous CNC experience
- Previous experience with machine set up
- Proficient use of measuring tools
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs with/without accomodation
