– Able to map customer needs and along with product team propose “end to end” cold chain services that meet customer needs/pain points.
– Co-Develop the Cold Chain footprint for Maersk customers.
– Manage assigned customers and budget base; pursue and secure business in line with the corporate and regional objectives.
– Develop customer value propositions for all appropriate business opportunities. Strive for consultative sales to distinguish market presence by effectively probing and identifying needs and suggesting solutions to help customers
Build understanding of all service offerings to be able to offer additional logistics products including: Refrigerated trucking, Customs House Brokerage, X-dock, Cold store, Airfreight, Cold Chain Management…
– Manage the selling process to customers, including pricing and contract negotiations
– Research and understand the territory to identify and establish business contacts with potential customersWe are looking for

– Good experience of customer facing role(s).Requirements
– Previous experience on a position of Area Sales rep or Business Development Manager with a good experience in the reefer business, and very good understanding of the French Customer needs. Experience in multiple roles and companies.
– Prior working experience in reefer companies or global Freight forwarders is a plus.
– Able to map customer needs and along with product team propose end to end cold chain services that meet customer needs/pain points
– Ability to work effectively in a dynamic but highly structured environment with strong competencies in
