Commercial & Equipment Loan Processor

In this role you will work directly with the sales team and banks/funders to provide impeccable and exemplary customer service in managing and securing funding for your clients.

In addition to providing administrative support to the sales team, the Commercial & Equipment Loan Processor ?will communicate and work closely with banks and clients to make sure all documentation is correct and ready for the lender’s approval.

Loan Processor’s key responsibilities:

• Work closely with banks/funders to understand the types of financing offered.
• Maintain accurate client profiles and account information.
• Respond to client calls and emails with high level of urgency and attention to detail.
• Assist in researching and reading a variety of background checks and credit bureau reports.
• Process and document client assets and all aspects of the loan to prepare for approval
• Act as liaison between client and lender.

Schedule: 8:00am-5:00pm, Monday – Friday

*This is a fully in office position located in Kirkland

Loan Processor desired qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in MS Suite and CRM’s
• Experience reading credit reports is preferred
• 1 year of commercial banking or finance experience preferred
• Elevated communication skills, written and verbal, including grammar and spelling
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a pro-active work ethic
• Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize

Pay: 100k – Base Salary
