Requisition ID: 31150We’re looking for a Commercial Finance Business Partner to join our team based in Burton/HybridYour purposeDue to ongoing growth in our team and our people, we now have a number of Finance Business Partner opportunities to join our team. We’re constantly investing in our people and we do this by ensuring they have the tools and paths to grow. Due to this we have a number of roles available because of internal promotions & in support of our new Equal Parent Leave policy.The roles sit directly in our Commercial Finance team and will support our On Trade sales teams on a permanent basis based at our Burton Head Office 2 days a week.You’ll support the Senior Finance Business Partner and make an impact in the fast-paced world of Sales . Use your financial expertise to analyse scenarios, forecast outcomes, and delve into details to identify trends that add significant value to our business.Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage budgets, understand key drivers, and confidently challenge stakeholders as needed.
• Build and nurture relationships with management teams, providing comprehensive support for the on/off-trade business and essential analysis.
• Collaborate closely with Regional Directors and their teams, focusing on value addition and prompt resolution of queries.
• Examine cost lines deeply, identifying opportunities and understanding associated risks.
• Act as a trusted advisor to the wider finance function, contributing ideas for continuous improvement and positive change.

About You:

• Qualified accountant + with qualified experience
• Clear and considered communicator, skilled at simplifying complex financial concepts for non-financial stakeholders.
• Proven experience in managing commercial conversations and understanding sales functions.
• Adept at challenging assumptions and influencing at all levels, with a strong track record of explaining business case outcomes.
• Demonstrated ability to add value to a business, whether through financial gains or process improvements.
• Experience with SAP or general BI tools is desirable.
