About the role:

• This is a both a technical and commercial role for an ambitious candidate wanting to progress
• You’ll oversee the balance sheet, but the real value will be added on the P&L as you understand their new acquisitions and seek to develop business performance, being a true finance business partner to the business
• The role will grow in size and responsibility and will increasingly be involved in MI development and commercial work
• The candidate will preferably come from a fast-paced business that has experienced a lot of change previously

Ideal candidate profile:

• ACA / CIMA / ACCA qualified with strong industry experience
• Ability to business partner and influence stakeholders
• Confident candidate who can thrive in a high-change environment
• Proactive thinker and problem solver – somebody who is always in the pursuit of continuous improvement
