Job descriptionKEY RESPONSIBILITIESKorn Ferry is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our EMEA Consulting team, reporting into the Director, Operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operational management, ideally with some experience in bid management, and a passion for driving efficiency and effectiveness within our consulting practice. You will play a critical role in enhancing our operational strategies and ensuring seamless execution across departments.

  • Implement operational strategies that align with business objectives
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement, ensure optimal performance and efficiency
  • Collate information for workforce planning/ hiring requests
  • Manage accuracy of new business opportunities in Salesforce
  • Produce analysis from Salesforce data (and other sources) to inform pipeline meetings and forecasting
  • Help collate and analyze data for weekly, monthly and quarterly forecasting
  • Monitor timesheet entry compliance and address potential issues regarding timeliness and accuracy
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure alignment of operational goals with company strategy
  • Identify areas for process enhancement and implement best practices
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONSThe ideal candidate will need to bring the following experience and qualifications:

  • University degree in a relevant field
  • CIMA qualified (or comparable qualification)
  • Ideally 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in FP&A, operations management or a related role
  • Proven track record of successful project management and operational improvements
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Excel
