This is a role where your voice will be heard, with genuine scope for a challenging but supported career.You will have the opportunity to work on a range of property matters, including, but not limited to:

• Option Agreements, Promotion Agreements, and Overage
• Freehold property
• Development land
• Agricultural property
• Leases
• Acting for SIPPS/SASSs, corporates, individuals
• Dealing with commercial lenders
