A Heating and Air Conditioning company in Snohomish is looking for a temp-to-hire Commercial Sales Support Associate. In this new role you will be supporting their growing business and assisting their Sales Manager. Commercial Sales Support Associate Job Duties:

  • Assist Sales Manager with resolving client issues quickly and effectively
  • Provide excellent customer service to new and existing clients
  • Generate and update client agreements and proposals
  • Create permit files
  • Schedule and coordinate subcontractors

Schedule:
Monday – Friday 7:00am – 3:30pm



Commercial Sales Support Associate requirements:

  • Must be proficient is Microsoft suite and Excel
  • 1-2 years of administrative experience
  • Commercial or property management knowledge preferred
  • Blueprint knowledge preferred

Pay:
$24-$25 per hour
