A Heating and Air Conditioning company in Snohomish is looking for a temp-to-hire Commercial Sales Support Associate. In this new role you will be supporting their growing business and assisting their Sales Manager. Commercial Sales Support Associate Job Duties:
- Assist Sales Manager with resolving client issues quickly and effectively
- Provide excellent customer service to new and existing clients
- Generate and update client agreements and proposals
- Create permit files
- Schedule and coordinate subcontractors
Schedule:
Monday – Friday 7:00am – 3:30pm
Commercial Sales Support Associate requirements:
- Must be proficient is Microsoft suite and Excel
- 1-2 years of administrative experience
- Commercial or property management knowledge preferred
- Blueprint knowledge preferred
Pay:
$24-$25 per hour
