You will gather market research, cancellation analysis and commercial data to monitor performance and share insights with the team.ResponsibilitiesDelivering monthly cancellation analysis by conducting exit interviews with customers.Generating a regular cancellation analysis summary for presentation to the Senior Leadership Team and responding to queries / additional information requests as required.Analysing market and internal data to generate insight to support the development and execution of business strategy.Using analysis to identify improvements to help drive productivity within the team.Support the Head of Pricing & Commercial Strategy with other specific projects on an ongoing basisRequirementsHave a degree in an analytical or quantitative related fieldBe advanced in Excel, Word and PowerPointHave exceptional verbal and written communication skills, able to influence stakeholders throughout the businessHave good time management, numerical and problem solving skillsEnjoy developing new ideas to improve processes and business performanceHave the ability to and experience of engaging with customersWork in a way that works for youWe promote a healthy work/life balance across the organisation.
