This includes removing wheel assemblies, dismounting tires, inflating, and installing repaired, or, replacement tires, and reinstalling wheel assemblies according to standard operating procedures.Conduct diagnostics, evaluate reparability of damage, choose and complete proper repair methods.Keen willingness to learn in a fast-paced, changing environment.Opportunity to progress to Service TruckQualifications and SuccessYou have a strong mechanical ability and the ability to solve problems on the spot.Valid driver’s license.Ability to excel in a physical environment and easily lift 50 lbs.Safety mindset, ready to wear all required PPE and follow all safety procedures.Automotive or tire experience is an assetOur Culture of InclusionAt Kal Tire, we are committed to creating a workplace where everyone feels valued, included, and empowered to succeed.
