A hospitality background is preferred but not essential, providing you feel you embody the points below. Listening with intention, delving deeper and turning feedback into solutions will help you create a bespoke and human experience for our members.As a Community Associate, you will have cross functional responsibilities in order to offer multi-faceted support for our members & our buildings.Tasks:Be the Face of your Building – You will be the first and main point of contact to provide support and an exceptional hospitality experience to all members and guests entering the space. While managing the Front Desk during key business hours, you will ensure a well organised entrance area.Deliver a 5* Service – Our purpose is to deliver a service that accelerates the growth of our members. We do everything with care and conscience. Bring a critical mindset, so you can call us out and we can continually improve our offering.Be the Centre of the Community- Make knowing our members your business, so you are best placed to create meaningful & mutually beneficial connections between them & the wider Techspace community.Ensuring building facilities are running efficiently along with working with suppliers and contractors to resolve issues that may arise.ValuesHere are the values we care most about.
