Job description
This forward-thinking City firm is seeking an experienced Company Commercial Solicitor to join the team and play a key role in its continued success.In this role, you will be working closely with the partners and the rest of the team, acting for the firm’s established client base which includes PLCs, SMEs and Start-Ups.There are excellent future prospects here, including partnership available to you.This firm has a collegiate culture, hybrid working and an excellent relationship with its clients.You will be dealing with:Corporate work, including:
- Mergers and acquisitions
- Management buy-outs/buy-ins
- Asset sales and purchases
- Venture capital investments
- Company restructuring
- Share incentive and share option schemes
Commercial contract work, including:
- Licensing
- Franchising
- Distribution Agreement
- Supply Agreements
- Company Terms and Conditions
