Added to that we’re the first health insurer in the UK to be awarded B-Corp status in recognition of our significant achievements in sustainability, in addition to our ambitious environmental and social responsibility goals.As Compliance Policy Manager you’ll lead on advising, technically inputting, developing, implementing, and maintaining compliance frameworks, policies and procedures that align with the Financial Conduct Authority and Prudential Regulation Authority regulations across the Group. You’ll be responsible for assessing regulatory requirements, advising on steps to be taken to ensure compliance with emerging and existing regulation and managing risk associated with non-compliance.Reporting to our Deputy Chief Risk Officer, a key focus of your role will include policy development in line with legislation and best practice, monitoring and reporting, providing training and guidance to key stakeholders across the Group and identifying and evaluating compliance risks. On top of that you’ll led a small team across Compliance Monitoring.Key responsibilities
