DESCRIPTIONWe are seeking a Quality Auditor to join our Amazon Shipping (SWA) Compliance team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting daily quality inspections of shipping operations, ensuring compliance with Amazon’s high standards of safety and quality. The ideal candidate will have experience in quality assurance within a logistics environment. You will perform regular audits, document findings, track quality metrics, and communicate effectively with various stakeholders to maintain operational excellence. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS– 1+ year of quality auditing/quality assurance experience
– 2+ years of logistics experience
– Basic Excel skills and experience with data entry
– Ability to follow detailed procedures and documentation requirements
– Good communication skills (verbal and written)
– Capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment
– Demonstrated attention to detailPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS– Previous ICQA (Inventory Quality Control Assurance) experience
– Experience in problem-solving roles
– Familiarity with root cause analysis
– Experience using quality tracking systems
– Knowledge of shipping operations
– Basic understanding of quality metrics
