This full-time, temporary role is with a great non-profit organization that provides reception and customer service support to one of the world’s largest online retailers in addition to their mission driven work.

Conservatory Ambassador Responsibilities:
- Provide engaging customer service to all guests.
- Answer any guest questions about the plants in your assigned area.
- Wear a radio and earpiece to communicate with colleagues.

Requirements:
- 1+ years customer service experience (experience in museum, zoo, or theme park is a plus!)
- Comfortable in a high humidity environment kept at 73-78 degrees Fahrenheit
- Able to work around plants and pollen
- Comfortable standing for 2-3 hours at a time, 6-8 hours per shift
- Enjoy providing an engaging and energetic customer experience
- Prior knowledge about horticulture is a plus!
A friendly, outgoing personality and desire to be part of a meaningful and supportive organization will help you be successful in this role!
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:45am-6:15pm
- This role requires the ability and willingness to work 2 Saturdays per month
- On the weeks you work a Saturday, you will have split days off
Pay: $22.95/hr
Location: Downtown Seattle
