Anderselite are hiring for a Planner to join our tier 1 client based in the West MidlandsRole Overview:As a Planner, you will play a key role in project delivery by creating, managing, and updating detailed construction programmes. Your expertise will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in line with client expectations.Key responsibilities:
– Develop detailed project programmes and schedules
– Monitor project progress and update plans accordingly
– Collaborate with project teams to identify risks and propose mitigation strategies
– Provide accurate reports on timelines and milestones to key stakeholders
– Use planning software to create and manage schedules, ensuring alignment with project requirementsCandidate requirements:
– Proven experience as a Construction Planner, preferably within the UK construction sector
– Proficiency with planning software such as Primavera P6, Asta Powerproject, or Microsoft Project
– Strong analytical and organisational skills with an eye for detail
– Excellent communication skills, able to liaise effectively with clients, contractors, and project teams
