The RolePE Global are recruiting for a Recruiter for our client based in Sligo. This is an initial 12-month contract role. Hybrid working options.Job Responsibilities

• Engage with the Business HR partners and hiring managers in relation to current and future recruitment requirements
• Design and deliver branded sourcing strategies internally and externally to attract and promote top talent into the organization for site specific initiatives
• Coordinate and lead telephone, video and onsite interviews for key partners
• Partner with hiring managers on complete recruiting life cycle (sourcing, shortlisting, interviewing, offer preparation and onboarding)
• Continuous communication with candidates in order to ensure efficient running of the process and ongoing brand awareness
• Partner with 3rd party agencies in identifying the right fit candidates for AbbVie
• Under the guidance of the Snr Talent Acquisition Specialist, execute sourcing strategies for talent pipeline campaigns as appropriate

Education & Experience

• Relevant third level qualification
• 2+ years recruitment experience (in house or 3rd party agency)
• Knowledge of sourcing in pharma industry preferred
• Possess strong communications skills
• Demonstrate customer focus and ability to engage with multiple customers
• Be able to work remotely while also delivering the best-in-class service to our internal customers across Ireland
• Be capable of building strong professional relationships both internally and externally
