Job Description:The main mission of the Consulting and Recurring Business Developer is to grow the consulting and recurring services business in his/her region.He/she supports the sales team (V1 and Services V2) to identify/pitch consulting and recurring opportunities. This is including performing a consulting/recurring-specific customer platforming with the marketing team, joining customer visits with the sales team, attendance during consulting jobs and pullthrough follow-up with the sales team.He/she also leads himself/herself efforts to acquire new customer base (hunting mode), leveraging consultative approach & consulting offers as entry door, with recurring service contracts as immediate potential pull through.Main objectives of the role is to:

The compensation range for this full-time position, which includes base pay and sales incentive, is $117,000 – $149,000 for candidates who are B.C. residents. Our salary ranges are determined by including roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
