This is your opportunity to shape cutting-edge lighting products in a dynamic environment where your creativity and attention to detail will truly shine.What You’ll Do:– Lead Key Projects: Manage multiple key accounts such as Baers, Costco, and Homesense, ensuring the successful launch of signature and custom-designed lighting projects.
– Global Collaboration: Work closely with our Product Development Office in China, transforming concepts into reality across continents.
– Innovative R&D: Engage in research and development for architectural lighting, creating unique and functional designs.
– 3D Design Expertise: Utilize Rhino, Modo, and SketchUp to create stunning 3D designs that set the stage for exceptional architectural lighting products.
– Product Development: Oversee every aspect of the development process, from samples to technical drawings, ensuring top-quality and precision in all deliverables.
– Cost Control: Manage RFQs and costings, ensuring projects are delivered on budget without sacrificing creativity or quality.
– Order Management: Handle Vendor Purchase Orders and coordinate seamlessly for product samples, ensuring timely delivery and execution.
– Quality Assurance: Collaborate with QC teams in Canada, China, and India to maintain the highest standards of quality.
– Customer Interaction: Address customer inquiries and ensure their satisfaction and trust in our architectural lighting solutions.
– Catalog Oversight: Review catalog data sheets and oversee the launch of our January/August catalogs.What You Bring:– Experience: 3+ years in product development and design, with a strong focus on architectural lighting and related products.
– Software Proficiency: Skilled in 3D design software (Rhino is essential, Modo, SketchUp) to create innovative and detailed designs.
– Project Management Skills: Ability to juggle multiple projects with precision and efficiency.
