Reporting to the Director of Demand Generation, you will play a critical role in leveraging AI to craft and execute a compelling content strategy that drives engagement, reinforces Thomas’s narrative, and amplifies brand awareness.You’ll be at the forefront of AI-powered content creation, using cutting-edge tools to streamline workflows, enhance storytelling, and optimise content performance. Your ability to experiment with AI-driven formats, automate processes, and champion AI adoption across the business will be key to scaling our content efforts.You’ll leverage storytelling, market insights, and innovative formats to produce high-impact content that resonates with prospects and customers, helping them connect deeply with Thomas’s solutions. • Champion AI-driven content creation, advocating for innovative tools and best practices across the team.
• Develop and maintain Thomas’s Tone of Voice and core narrative.
• Create engaging content across multiple formats (e.g., toolkits, videos, podcasts).
• Harness AI tools to manage the HubSpot Content Hub for for better organisation and accessibility.
• Oversee organic social media channels, driving audience engagement.
• Gather and analyse content performance data to inform strategies.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure content aligns with business goals.

Requirements

• Proven experience in AI-driven content marketing within a SaaS or B2B setting.
• Strong proficiency with CMS platforms (e.g., HubSpot).
• Exceptional storytelling and communication skills.
• Ability to analyse content performance data and refine strategies.
• Organised and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, embracing AI automation to enhance productivity.
