In this role, you’ll be responsible for a range of administrative activities that keep the contract running smoothly. Every day will bring something new, ensuring there’s never a dull moment!This is a full-time, permanent position, working Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 17:00 PM.Pay, benefits and more:We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £26,000 per annum with 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays).   • Completion of time sheets and payroll reports for both GXO and Agency colleagues
  • Support with transport admin related duties such as recording driver hours, monitoring and inputting fleet mileage
  • Raise Purchase Orders, process invoices, ordering uniform
  • Play an active role in site engagement activities
  • Responsible for ensuring good housekeeping standards are maintained and site rules and regulations as adhered to

What you need to succeed at GXO:

  • Advanced MS office skills including \word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong planning, organising and time management skills
  • Enthusiastic with a can do attitude
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written
