A premier construction company in Tempe that specializes in recreation and playground surfacing is looking to add a
Contract Administrator Assistant
to their team. This is a temp to hire position that will offer full time hours and allow you to develop and utilize your organizational skills in multiple areas.

The ideal candidate for this role will have prior experience in an administrative role within either construction or mortgage industries, and has expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel and contract review. Must be comfortable with heavy data entry – attention to detail is key! 

This role will require you to work in office in Tempe with an option to move to hybrid once fully trained.

Administrator Assistant Job Duties:

  • Reviewing contracts, proposals, purchase orders and legal docs
  • Edit and markup contracts
  • Manage project docs – insurance, bonds, license, labor compliance, etc.
  • Review and process bid packages
  • Gather project info and enter into system

Schedule: Monday – Friday 7am or 8am – 4:30pm

Administrator Assistant Requirements:

  • 2+ years experience working in similar role
  • MUST be familiar with reviewing contracts and legal documents
  • Advanced experience in Excel
  • Basic understanding of purchasing and supplier process
  • Basic understanding of accounting practices

Pay: $22-$26 DOE

Location: Tempe, AZ
