Reporting to the Contract Lead, you will be part of the ever expanding Assets and Investment function. This is an exciting time to join a growing area of the business.More about your roleCovering the North of England, you will be responsible for liaising with both internal and external customers on the phone and via email in order to ensure that service delivery is efficient and achieved continuously.In addition to ensuring a customer focussed approach is adopted, you will action all necessary documents in line with SLAs. Financial reporting is a key aspect of the role as is maintaining accuracy in the databases.You will support customer complaints and ensure that we are compliant with the relevant regulation.For more information, please download our job profile available on our website.More about youThe ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be comfortable liaising with stakeholders at different levels of an organisation. Being able to utilise IT packages such as MS Teams and Outlook are important along with the ability to multi task and manage your time effectively.At Places for People, we prioritise our dedication to safer recruitment.
