Location – Derby (hybrid working available after the probation period)Travel to other regional offices may be required on occasion.Salary Range £23,000 – £26,000 per annum, dependent on experienceThis position is full time, working 37.5 hours a week Monday – Friday, based in our modern office located in Ednaston Park. This role plays a key and active part in the Account Managing department and will provide assistance with client request/requirements, projects and admin ad hoc works. You will also be responsible for job management, liaising with purchasing dept for parts and equipment ordering, and generating reports/communications for clients with Account Managers.The role will be based in Derby, however, it will involve being responsible for the administration on key contracts based out of our other regional offices including Cardiff and Glasgow. Each of our regional offices has an experienced Senior Account Manager with whom you will work closely with to ensure success on all service points and absolute customer satisfaction.RequirementsEssential:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to Detail and Organisational skills
- Experience using Microsoft Excel and Google applications
- The ability to integrate well with other members of their teams
- Ability to pass a Barring Service clearance (DBS) check
Desirable:
- Previous experience in an administrative, assistant or equivalent position
- The ability to travel to other regional offices (Cardiff, Glasgow)
- Hold a full UK driving licence
