Suivi des projets, facturation / relances de 3 entités du groupe (Paris, Genève et Barcelone).Reporting: tenue de reportings financiers sur chaque entité du groupe à destination de la direction.Calcul et suivi des intercos.Contrôle des paiements de 3 entités du groupe (Paris, Genève et Barcelone).Analyse de la performance de la holding et de ses filiales et force de proposition sur les axes d’amélioration. Mise en place de tableaux de bord avec indicateurs de performance pour suivre l’évolution de l’activité.Suivi des coûts de l’entreprise et identification des sources d’économies potentielles. Mise en place d’outils de contrôle pour optimiser les dépenses.Élaboration et suivi des budgets: élaboration des budgets prévisionnels et suivi. Analyse des écarts entre les prévisions et les réalisations et proposition d’actions correctrices de 3 entités du groupe (Paris, Genève et Barcelone).Interlocuteur privilégié des experts comptables de plusieurs entités du groupe, supervision de la comptabilité, travaux de clôture (cut-off, …).Conditions de travail :Bureaux neufs dans le 17ème (place de Clichy), 1 jour de télétravail par semaine, indemnité repas, bonne mutuelle.Preferred experienceProfils:Formation: Bac +5 en finance / contrôle de gestion, école de commerce ou équivalent.Maîtrise indispensable de la suite google et d’excel.Expérience: Une première expérience en contrôle de gestion de minimum 3 ans est requise.
