Job Description:Robert Half, on behalf of our esteemed client, is actively seeking an experienced and proficient Controller. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in accounting management in similar leadership roles. • Lead the operations of the finance department which includes accounts payable, billings & collections, payroll
• Coordinate and monitor the preparation of regular financial statements
• Direct and coordinate company’s budget and financial plan
• Monitor and confirm financial condition by conducting audits and providing information to external auditors
• Ensure all financial operations are in compliance
• Lead a productive accounting team and oversee hiring, training, and performance evaluations

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a controller or similar role
• Hands-on experience with accounting and financial management software
• Detailed knowledge of accounting best practices, laws, and standards
• Strong analytical, strategic-planning, and management skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
