As their Bridgend office continues to grow, they’re excited to offer a fantastic opportunity to join their team and build a rewarding career in residential conveyancing.This is a permanent, full-time position based in the Bridgend office, supporting a dynamic and expanding conveyancing practice. You’ll be involved in all aspects of residential conveyancing transactions, from initial instruction to post-completion.CJCH are committed to your professional development, offering a funded qualification through their preferred supplier for those eager to grow with the firm. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to invest in their future and build a long-term career in the legal sector.The business is seeking a motivated individual with a minimum of 6 months of experience in a paid position assisting a fee earner. Ideally, you’ll be familiar with:

• Onboarding clients and conducting AML checks.
• Sending initial instructions and requesting searches.
• Chasing outstanding enquiries and compiling draft contract packs.
• Submitting SDLT forms and managing Land Registry applications.
• Handling post-completion matters with attention to detail.
