Direct Reports to the President of the GroupYou will be responsible for leading the international business unit, including multiple sites and countries.You will also be responsible for developing and growing the European subsidiaries, managing all activities in Europe.Responsibilities:– Lead the international business unit, including multiple sites and countries
– Develop and grow the European subsidiaries
– Manage all activities in Europe, including P&L, budget, strategy, and operationsProfil Qualifications:– Proven track record of success in a senior leadership role (P&L)
– Strong entrepreneurial skills
– Excellent strategic and operational skills
