A wealth manager with a strong track record and varied client base are looking to hire a COO who will will take ownership of company operations and the compliance program.Key Responsibilities:

• Run the day to day compliance program, engaging with regulatory bodies where appropriate
• Ensure the firm have robust controls and meet their regulatory obligations
• Work hand in hand with the CEO and board
• Account opening
• Ongoing operational duties in relation to the custodian relationship

Skills we are looking for:

• At least 4-8 years of compliance and/or ops experience in a private bank/wealth manager/fund
• Knowledge of key regulatory topics – ICARA, Consumer Duty, SDR (dont need to be an SME)
• Self starter approach
• Able to present to senior management/clients
