Cook | Food Production

A local fresh produce distribution company is looking to add multiple Cooks to their production team!

This company has been in business for over 40 years and offers amazing benefits, opportunities for growth, and a fun work environment where your contribution is valued! They distribute their products to restaurants, grocery stores and more in the Pacific Northwest.

In this full-time, temporary to hire Cook role, you will be following written recipes to combine ingredients and cooking various food products.

Cook Job Duties:

• Label and stock ingredients
• Measure ingredients and seasonings
• Prep food- washing and chopping vegetables, cutting meat, etc.
• Cooking food
• Daily cleaning and sanitizing tasks

You will be successful in this Cook role if you enjoy working with food, are comfortable working in a fast paced environment, and able to follow GMP’s.

Pay: $23

Schedule: Sunday to Thursday, 4am-12:30pm

Cook Job Requirements:

• Able to follow written instructions/recipes
• Basic math skills
• Able to follow GMP’s
• Comfortable using kitchen equipment
• Able to lift up to 50lbs?
