At enVision, we celebrate diversity and promote an inclusive work culture that prioritizes employee well-being and self-development.About the opportunityUnder the direct supervision of the Director of Services, the Coordinator is responsible for the oversight and facilitation of services within the organization. The incumbent will be expected to work in alignment with the vision, mission and values, and will promote equality, inclusion, and the value of all people.Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the day-to-day operations of each location
- Understand the roles and responsibilities of team members and how this connects to delivery of services
- Support and execute elements of the organization’s strategic plan
- Provide service coordination including scheduling, programming appropriate follow-up with service users and other organizations and systems
- Keep informed of new and emerging social issues and sharing insights with peers
- Identify areas of improvement and seek to resolve them
- Lead and supervise managers by providing ongoing training, development and support
- Conduct performance reviews and performance management, helping managers to achieve their best work.
- Provide clear direction and expectations to team members that align with the mission, vision, values, including new initiatives
- Be actively involved in networking and planning
- Maintain awareness of and build positive relations with stakeholders
Qualifications
- Post secondary education in a related field is required; Disability and Community Support, Disability Studies, Social Sciences, or Business Administration.
- Minimum of three (3) year demonstrating leadership in a supervisory position.
- Preference will be given to those who have experience working in Human Services.
- Experience related to budget oversight, tracking and program evaluation
- Ability to lead and manage a team of professionals
- Proven ability to problem-solve and make decisions independently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Microsoft Word, Excel, outlook, Teams, SharePoint).
Additional Requirements
- Valid Manitoba Class 5F License and access to vehicle required.
- Valid First Aid & CPR certificate or willingness to obtain
- Criminal record check with Clear Vulnerable Sector check
- Clear Child and Adult abuse registry check

Hours of Work: 80 hours bi-weekly; Monday-Friday on-site. Availability to be contacted after hours in case of emergency.
