Position Overview

The Corporate Recruiting Manager is responsible for overseeing the recruitment function within the organization. This role involves developing and executing recruitment strategies, managing the talent acquisition team, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. The Corporate Recruiting Manager collaborates with various stakeholders, including senior management, department heads, and HR professionals, to attract and secure top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies that align with the organization’s objectives. Monitor trends in the labor market to proactively address talent needs.

  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage the talent acquisition team to ensure efficient workflow and high performance. Provide guidance and support to field recruiters to enhance their effectiveness.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with senior management, department heads, and HR teams to understand their staffing needs and provide strategic input on recruitment planning. Facilitate communication and collaboration between different stakeholders to ensure a seamless hiring experience.

  • Full Cycle Corporate Recruiting: Own full cycle recruiting for the corporate office managing all job requisitions end-to-end ensuring timely follow-ups with client groups.

  • Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in the recruitment process and implement solutions to streamline workflows. Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for recruitment activities.

  • System Management: Oversee the maintenance and optimization of the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other recruitment-related technologies. Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the system and troubleshoot any technical issues.

  • Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure that the recruitment process adheres to relevant labor laws, regulations, and company policies. Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in talent acquisition to continuously enhance the recruitment strategy.

  • Candidate Experience: Monitor and improve the candidate experience by identifying areas for enhancement and implementing initiatives to create a positive recruitment journey.

  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect, analyze, and interpret recruitment data to provide insights and recommendations for improving the talent acquisition process. Prepare regular reports on key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality.

  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to field recruiters and hiring managers on the use of recruitment systems and tools. Conduct workshops and training sessions to enhance their understanding of recruitment best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in using recruitment technologies and data analysis tools.

  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, labor laws, and industry best practices.

  • Familiarity with data-driven recruitment strategies and metrics.

Education & Experience

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, HR management, or a related field. Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and data analysis tools is preferred.
