Contract Type: Maternity Cover for up to 12 months (from January 2025)Hours: Full Time, 35 hours per weekClosing Date: 23:59 on 28/11/2024Salary: £27,100.00 to £33,900.00 (National) / £30,600.00 to £38,200.00 (London) dependent on your location, skills, knowledge and experienceLocation: Hybrid working – Any UK Trust CentreInterviews: 05/12 over TeamsWe’re looking for an ambitious individual with strong relationship-building skills to become a Corporate Partnerships Manager within the Financial Services mini-team which manages relationships with companies including HSBC and Natwest. If you are an enthusiastic, creative, and self-motivated individual, with a track record in supporting and developing fundraising partnerships, then this is the opportunity for you.Our sector partnerships have an incredible impact on young lives. Some examples include:

  • Strategic Funding: providing high-value, multi-year finance through long-term relationships.
  • Employee Engagement: engaging employees with fun, meaningful ways to connect with young people and share their skills, as well as taking part in a range of fundraising initiatives raising unrestricted income.
  • Employability: connecting businesses with young people to provide a pipeline of new, diverse talent, having a lasting impact on young people’s lives.

You will lead, support and grow a portfolio of strategic corporate partnerships – including companies like Unity Trust Bank and Together Money – to generate the essential income we need to transform young people’s lives. Your role as Corporate Partnerships Manager will be to support and deliver against the strategic direction for your partners, ensuring robust plans are in place to enable increased and continued support of our work. You will ensure financial targets are met and deliver partnership objectives, including programme activity, employee engagement and marketing & communications. You will be joining an ambitious, collaborative team of partnership experts, passionate about providing young people with the opportunity to live, learn and earn – creating a better future through jobs and education..
