If you’re looking for a challenging career working in a vibrant environment and the opportunity to work on some of the highest impact client challenges, this could be the role for you!In our team you will:Gain exposure to the most strategic challenges and opportunities that occupy the minds of corporate and industry leadersDrive short-term growth and rapid revenue generation through “find and prove the value” analytical methodsDevelop modern corporate strategies to allow organisations to make choices on customers, geographies, routes to market and productsGenerate sustained value through next generation growth, commercial and pricing strategies to drive corporate successAnticipate the ways digital and technology innovation (e.g. Generative AI) impacts business models and harness them to create new routes to growth, will have on organisations and people in the futureGain exposure to Accenture’s multi-faceted organisation, working on the key strategic challenges that occupy the minds of leaders whilst also partnering across Accenture to bring those to lifeAs a Corporate & Growth Strategy Consultant, you will:Get involved in a wide range of projects across various industries, helping our clients address some of their most pressing and complex strategic challengesSupport the client in defining strategies and shaping initiatives for business to unlock value and power growth, helping deliver effective, high-quality workWork in a team of experienced consultants, to develop hypotheses and strategies to address project objectivesPerform data analysis and translate into concrete insights and recommendationsBuild relationships within Accenture (project team, practice and company) and with the client and client project teamCommunicate analysis, work outputs and recommendations in both written and oral formats with confidence, with both Accenture and client stakeholdersSupport development of offerings, assets, capabilities and relevant thought leadership as well as business development and sales effortsCoach and support more junior team members and lead them to deliver their best performance aligned to project and professional growth objectivesWhat’s in it for you:At Accenture in addition to a competitive basic salary, you will also have an extensive benefits package which includes 30 days of vacation per year, access to app-based fitness classes and discounts on range of gyms, private medical insurance and three days leave per year for charitable work of your choice!Location:
Your home office will be in London. This role is client-facing and may therefore involve travel, working in other parts of the UK as well as overseas depending on the needs of the project.
