Join a locally owned and operated store to help deliver health, beauty and convenience services in your community, and keep the customer at the centre of everything you do.Why this role is important?SUMMARY:To maximize sales of beauty products and services sold by Shoppers Drug MartDUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Sales ExpectationsMaximizes sales and awareness of promotional programsPossesses a “selling is fun” attitudePromotes sales of beauty productsPromotes sales through encouraging customers to participate in the PC Optimum programCUSTOMER SERVICE:Promote a positive environment for customers and coworkersAlways put the Customer first and provides superior customer serviceActively models the desired behavior with eClienteling to provide superior customer servicePromotes products through marketing and encourages use of the PC Optimum programActively promote and book appointments for in-Store eventsOPERATIONS:Exhibits and promotes the company’s products and servicesAttend appropriate vendor schoolsAttends workshop/education sessionsAdheres to Cosmetics Operating StandardsGENERAL:Complies with all health and safety regulationsComplies with all store policies and proceduresComplies with loss prevention policies and procedures and ensures they are executed in the departmentActs professionally at all timesPerform other duties as requiredQUALIFICATIONS:Planning, Judgment and Decision MakingIndependent thinking and decisionsSelling skills in CosmeticsEXPERIENCE:Proven consultative skills to provide informationSelling experience with a proven track recordA good knowledge of various beauty products and services availableAbility to conduct sit down makeup and skincare consultations and demonstrate applicationStrong communication skillsPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:Ability to lift up to 50 poundsAbility to climb ladderAbility to bend and stretch to stock shelvesJ2WRTLJ2WCBBWhy work in a Pharmaprix store or community pharmacy?Work for a local business owner while having the support of a strong retail brand.
