Counter Sales | Warehouse Associate

Do you have excellent customer service skills and warehouse experience? If so, you will be perfect for this Counter Sales Associate position! An electrical distribution company is looking to add a member to their team. This is one of the nation’s largest electrical distribution companies who supplies products to commercial, residential, and construction industries.

This is a customer service position with warehouse order picking responsibilities. You will primarily be helping customers at the front counter, taking payments, and answering phones. You will also be responsible for picking items off shelves and getting them packaged, properly labeled, and shipped out. This role will require you to be on your feet, using RF scanners, and ensuring order accuracy.

Counter Sales Job Duties:

• Answering phone and assisting customers
• Partnering with warehouse associates to help pick orders for customers
• Utilizing computer systems
• Printing labels and packaging orders
• Processing payments and orders

Counter Sales Requirements:

• A minimum of recent 1 year warehouse and customer service experience
• Experience with order picking and have intermediate computer skills
• Great written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented, reliable and have a great attitude!
• Must be able to lift 50-75lbs without assistance

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7 AM to 4 PM – must be available for overtime

Pay:  $18 – $22 per hour
