These solutions are unique in the market, available as a purchased product for the customer data center, as a cloud solution at Oracle, and another unique feature: as Cloud @Customer physically in the customer data center but still a logical part the Oracle Cloud.What you’ll doAs the Country Leader Systems Sales leader, you will be responsible for the success of the line of business in the country. You’ll use your leadership experience and local market knowledge to support your sales team and ensure customer success and overall sales achievement.

  • Own and drive the over all Cloud Systems sales business in France
  • Develop new ideas and implement strategies to achieve the team’s organizational goals
  • Coach and motivate a team of Sales Executives as well as influence an extended team of internal ecosystem critical for the success of your team
  • Develop long-term, balanced relationships with senior-level customers and partners
  • Understand and promote the Cloud Systems product portfolio, Cloud@Customer, and OnPrem, in alignment with the different line of business within Oracle. Finding synergies and sales efficiency.

Career Level – M4Responsibilities:Manages and develops a team of sales representatives including recruiting, hiring, and training new reps on the Oracle sales process. May manage a Regional Manager or Branch Manager. Sells and promotes the sales of Oracle products to customers including negotiating price, other concessions and terms and conditions of the sale. Participates in strategic and tactical planning for the division. Builds working relationships with license, consulting and education field managers in the respective territory to develop joint account plans. Develops and execute a territory plan to maximize revenue. Generates and achieves monthly territory forecasts, and accurately predicts revenue on a monthly basis. Manages escalation.
