The work is rewarding and provides you an opportunity to make a difference.We offer a broker training program that teaches you about personal insurance, giving you the knowledge to begin your exciting new career. This program will prepare you on a path to provide exceptional customer service to our personal insurance policy holders. It will also prepare you in obtaining your Registered Insurance Brokers of Ontario (RIBO) license.Start date: October 21, 2024Onsite training: In classroom training program, required for the first 6-9 months.This role is reporting to the Manager, Personal Insurance. The successful candidate will provide service excellence to our Personal Insurance customers and insurance markets by servicing and maintaining the existing portfolio.What you will do:

• Completing coverage reviews and recommendations and addressing client concerns
• Service of personal lines insurance products
• Developing existing client accounts

What you will bring:

• Have strong customer-centric, friendly and professional skills at all times
• Have a strong desire to learn new skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Have the ability to manage multiple demands and requests
• Are highly organized to manage workflow efficiently while maintaining a high attention to detail
• Are proficient in Microsoft Office suite products
• Have previous customer service experience, call centre experience, retail sales, hospitality an asset
• Have previous insurance experience an asset
