An exciting opportunity has arisen for a diligent Credit Controller, based in Eastbourne. The successful candidate will be a key team member in the Accounting & Finance department, ensuring efficient management of outstanding credit.
- Efficiently managing outstanding credits and debts
- Ensuring timely payments are made
- Processing invoices and refunds
- Maintaining accurate records and preparing reports
- Resolving queries both internally and externally around outstanding invoices
- Setting up terms and conditions of credit
- Negotiating re-payment plans

- A strong understanding of financial regulations and legislation
- Proficiency in data entry and management
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel in particular)
- Sound decision-making ability
- An ability to work independently and as part of a team
