Catalent Pharma Solutions are seeking an Credit Controller to join our Collections team team based in Swindon.Your role as a Credit Controller will see you perform a crucial role as part of a larger finance team.The key objective of the Credit Controller is to drive cash collection and maximum cashflow to the business by ensuring that customers pay their outstanding debts in line with the payment terms agreed. They must ensure that all web billing invoices are uploaded to customer portals on the day of receipt, that customers are contacted to request payment of outstanding invoices (in line with the guidelines provided) and that queries are investigated promptly and followed up to conclusion.The RoleResponsible for managing a portfolio of accountsDriving collections activities to ensure timely payments from customersReview, investigate, and follow up on customer disputes to ensure these are resolved promptlyDevelop relationships with internal stakeholders to drive prompt resolutions to outstanding queriesAbility to analyze and reconcile accountsAttend calls with internal stakeholders to discuss issues and agree resolutionsAssist in the processing of web billing invoices, by uploading these to the various customer portalsAdhoc projects as agreed by Manager​The CandidateAccount Receivable experience (Desirable)Experience of dealing with B2B collections /Credit ControlExcellent oral and written communication skillsProficient skills in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)Ability to have difficult conversations with tact and diplomacyStrong organizational and analytical skillsAbility to multi-task and effectively to ensure deadlines at metPosition BenefitsCompetitive Annual SalaryAnnual BonusPensionWe have been made aware of potential inaccurate job advertisements on third-party websites.
