Credit Hire Claims HandlerHybrid WorkingWorking Hours: Monday – Friday 09:00 – 17:30Salary: £26,500 – £30,050 (Dependant on experience)As a Credit Hire handler , you’ll be responsible for managing credit hire and repair claims with a value of up to £10k. Your role will involve managing a portfolio of newly reported fault claims and ensuring they are managed in line with our business expectations. You will be responsible for managing and controlling hire spends through robust negotiation, investigation, and provision of services.As part of this exciting role, you’ll be responsible for protecting the company against credit hire claims by using third party interviews, credit hire evidence gathering, and challenging inbound hire and repair invoices.You’ll also be responsible for servicing inbound phone calls from Customers/Garages/ Third Party representatives and other suppliers.Job Details
